DAY 01: Cochin to Munnar (120 Kms)

Arrive at Kochi and proceed to Munnar (120 kms from Airport). Relax for the rest of the Day Evening at enjoys the Resort activities. Dinner & Overnight stay at Resort.

Munnar

Munnar, one of the most popular hill stations in India is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. Located at 1600 m above sea level, this was once the summer resort of the erstwhile British Government in South India . Sprawling tea plantations, picture book towns, winding lanes, trekking and holiday facilities make Munnar a unique experience.

DAY 02: Munnar

After breakfast proceed to a full day sightseeing & visit Eco Point, Kundalaya Lake, Power house Water Fall, Mattupetty Dam, Evening return to Resort ,Dinner & Overnight at Resort.

DAY 03: Munnar to Thekkady (110 Kms)

After breakfast transfer to Thekkady a scenic three hours drive from Munnar. Check – In Afternoon boat safari on the Periyar Lake. Visit the Spice market where you can pick some fragrant Spices or handcrafted jwllery.Dinner & Overnight at Resort.

The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary

The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is situated on the banks of the Periyar lake - an artificial lake, at Thekkady. In addition to elephant rides, cruises on the lake and treks to the ruined Mangaladevi temple - a beautiful old stone temple situated in the heart of the Thekkady forest, this sanctuary offers the unique opportunity to watch and photograph wild elephants at close quarters

DAY 04: Thekkady to Kumarakom (120 Kms)

After breakfast drive to Kumarakom, a three hours scenic drive from Thekkady down to the Backwaters. Check inn to exotic backwaters amidst inland canals and coconut farms. Afternoon you can go for an Optional trip & visit to vembanand Bird Sanctuary, Backwaters Cruise on the Vembanad Lake at your own. Evening back to Resort. Dinner & Overnight at Resort.

Kumarakom

Kumarakom, An unbelievably beautiful paradise of mangrove forests, emerald green paddy fields and coconut groves interspersed with enchanting waterways and canals adorned with white lilies. Situated on the Vembanad Lake , in this small water world you'll come across plenty of traditional country crafts, boats and canoes that will take you into the heart of the scenic lake.

DAY 05: Kumarakom to Alleppey (35 Kms optional)

After Breakfast check in to a Houseboat (Pickup from Backwater / Lake Resort). Cruise day long and overnight in the Cruise. Dinner at Cruise/Resort.

Alleppey

Alappuzha(Alleppey) has grown in importance as a backwater tourist centre, attracting several thousands of foreign tourists each year. Alappuzha is also famous for its boat races, houseboat holidays, beaches, marine products and coir industry. A singular characteristic of this land is the region called Kuttanad. A land of lush paddy fields, Kuttanad is called the Rice Bowl of Kerala and is one of the few places in the world where farming is done below sea level

DAY 06 : Kumarakom / Alleppey to Kochi

After Breakfast Proceed to Kochi (75 kms from Alleppey) and visit different monuments in the evening.Dinner & Overnight at Hotel

Kochi

KOCHI known as the Queen of the Arabian Sea , it is the commercial capital of Kerala. This was once the major trade centre with the Arabs, Portuguese &the Dutch.

Day 07: Kochi

After Breakfast,Day visit to Guruvayoor Temple and take afternoon/evening train or flight back.
